Description
Cabana Queen is a perfect liveaboard vessel and shines in this capacity...your condo on the water! You will understand exactly why it is an amazing liveaboard once you scroll through all of her interior pictures. With her light and welcoming Caribbean decor you will be instantly right at home. She has gone through a major interior remodel over the past number of years and looks great. Note that there are further interior remodeling touches that are not complete, but she is ~ 95% there on the interior. She will need some exterior work as Hurricane Ian took her flybridge canvas and isinglass, and created some additional exterior projects. However, the vessel runs and was moved by the current owners after Hurricane Ian, on her own power, from their old marina, that was closed due to Hurricane Ian damage, to a slip behind a personal residence. Call today with any questions.

Additional Information
- Motors were rebuilt in 2010 with $30,000 worth of work on them. Since boat was used as a liveaboard and only started monthly...owner guesses at around maybe 15 hours of runtime as hour meters don't work.
- Three air conditioning units: Forward, amidship, and aft
- The vast majority of decorations shown in the pictures will be sold with the boat...so pretty much what you see is what you get...yes...that includes the wine in the wine rack!
- There is a diesel generator that did not function when current owners bought the vessel. The current owners did not repair it as they just lived aboard at a marina with shore power. Diesel generator issues unknown, but does come with vessel.
- Call the listing broker for additional known items that need attention/repair.

A native of Oregon, Clint enlisted in the U.S. Navy at the age of 17 and shipped out to Naval boot camp (now closed) in Orlando, Florida in December of 1990. After boot camp, he attended the U.S. Navy's Nuclear Power School in Orlando and specialized in nuclear and mechanical engineering. After almost two years of nuclear engineering training, he joined the U.S. Navy's Pacific Fleet in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii and served his remaining four years on a Los Angeles fast attack submarine, U.S.S. Honolulu SSN-718. In the years following his military service, he has worked for Hewlett-Packard in a maintenance and engineering support role and then as a licensed insurance agent for State Farm and Farmers insurance. Clint got the boating bug while living in Texas and started sailing and racing sailboats competitively nearly 40 weekends per year for many a year and has been a Catalina 22 Texas State Champion four times and won his first Catalina 22 National Championship in 2018. He and his wife recently relocated from Texas to St. Petersburg, Florida to expand their sailing and boating passion into the Gulf and Caribbean. Sailing may be Clint's passion, but he loves boats of all types. Give him a call or send him an e-mail and he'll be sure to get you answers to all of the questions you may have about the boat of your dreams.
