Al’s Bio: The son of a sailor and the best Italian cook ever, Al was born and grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. He began fishing when he was tall enough to hold his Zebco 101 in his hand on Lake Wappapello. As a kid, he spent every warm month motor boating, sailing and canoeing on the lakes and rivers of the Ozark region. After graduating from Southeast Missouri State University, Al served as an air crew member in the USAF, worked in broadcasting, marketing and education, He moved to Florida in 1991 and purchased his first power vessel and has been boating all around the state ever since. He has a USCG captain’s license and joined the Pier One Yacht Sales team in 2023. He spends his free time navigating the local waters with family and friends. Based in the Fort Myers area, Al enjoys sharing his knowledge of boats, safety and equipment systems with all of his clients. His relationship with his clients only gets started with the sale of a boat and then continues with support and learning. Al makes sure his clients are satisfied with the whole boating experience and have the knowledge needed to be smart and safe while having the most fun! Boating is a passion that Al wants to share with everyone.
