As a managing partner with SeaAmerica Yacht Sales, he opened and managed the Punta Gorda sales office, starting it from scratch and building it in 10 years to over a million dollars in listings. He has also owned and managed extensive commercial rental property in Rhode Island. In boating for over 50 years, Ray has extensive sail and power boat experience in Newport, Nantucket, Chesapeake Bay, Northeast US, Bahamas, Florida, and the Florida Keys.
