Description
NEW PRICE. OWNER MOTIVATED! This 41' CHB Trawler has been well taken care of and is a perfect boat for coastal cruising. She has been back and forth to Canada a couple of times but is now been a dockside condo along with short cruises for this seasonal couple. The bottom was just done in October and she was launched and cruised a bit north. However the owner’s had to change their plans and have now hauled One Shot and put her up for sale.
The amount of space throughout the boat makes her a perfect live aboard. Interior appointments have been well maintained and tastefully done. The 120 hp Ford Lehman is known to be a reliable engine to get you to your next port. A Great Boat all around!
She has the three cabin/two stateroom layout featuring wood paneling and parquet floors. In the salon the L-shaped settee is to port, the lower helm opposite to starboard and the up galley is also to starboard. Light, bright and airy the sliding windows allow for cross ventilation, along with opening hatches through-out the vessel. Access through a sliding door at the helm (to starboard) and a second access door opposite the galley (to port) allows for a good flow when friends are on board and terrific access to the side decks. There are two private staterooms each with a separate head. The master aft cabin has a centerline queen bed and a private head with a tub/shower. The forward stateroom has upper and lower berths and loads of storage. This vessel has storage fit for a live aboard. Take the time to look at the cabinetry to port and starboard in the aft stateroom and all the storage in the galley and the forward stateroom.
One Shot comes with almost everything you would need to live aboard comfortably. It’s all there. Furniture, linens, bedding, towels, flatware, pots, pans, cups, glasses, all clean and tastefully appointed.
Call to make an appointment to view this vessel. All offers presented.
